* Everyone who's seen it has absolutely loved it, we couldn't be happier.
* It's truly as functional as it is beautiful. We've had several big dinner parties with our new kitchen, ranging from 9 to
16 people at Thanksgiving, and cooking and entertaining in our new kitchen has been a blast! It's true what they say
about everyone wanting to hang-out in the kitchen, now we have the space to really do that.
* The biggest surprise was how relatively easy it was to keep our house going during the renovation. The truth was, it
was simply no big deal. The crew's were very considerate of our home and privacy, and having them here throughout
the summer wasn't anywhere near the hassle or imposition that people warned us it could be.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! We have been through so many remodeling projects, but this one, by far, was
the best experience. No one likes to go without a kitchen, but all the little things that Dan and Rob did for us – from
helping to pack up our cupboards and arrange our temporary kitchen to providing drinking water for the duration of the
project -- made it easier. Plus, finishing on schedule was the best part of all! We also were comfortable with all the

When we wanted to have the kitchen of our 1920 house renovated, we were fortunate to have a friend recommend
Dureiko Construction to us. Our renovation required extensive electric, plumbing and remodeling work. Dureiko
Construction paid careful attention to the safety, utility and appearance of our kitchen.
What separates Dureiko Construction from other contractors is their outstanding level of professionalism. Throughout
both the planning process and the construction, Dan Dureiko was always available to discuss ideas and concerns. At
the beginning of the project, we sat down with him and discussed how to integrate our design ideas and financial
considerations. We were particularly impressed by his ability to take our specific needs into account when planning
the kitchen. Because we keep kosher, we had several requirements to facilitate organization of dishes, pans, etc. Dan
intuitively incorporated these into the kitchen design, maximizing the use of our space.
In addition to his communication skills, we were greatly impressed by his organization. For each job he does, he has
a day-by-day schedule of progress to which he adheres strictly. After hearing many stories of contractors who didn't
show up for days or weeks while working on other jobs, we were worried that our kitchen would take longer then
expected to finish. By keeping to their schedule, Dureiko Construction actually completed the job a week ahead of
schedule.
The greatest asset of the company is the personnel. Dan and his employees were very approachable. They were
always happy to explain what they were doing and how it contributed to the finished kitchen. We felt it was safe to have
them in our home for hours while we were not present. They made sure to keep any mess that was made confined to
the construction site and cleaned up the site daily. We felt that they respected our home and wanted to give us the
finished product that we envisioned.
