refinished in the house. It contained
all the original tile and fixtures. It was
decided that the fittings in the
bathroom were not in good enough
condition for refurbishing. So the
fixtures in the bathroom were updated,
the original tile was replaced with new,
and the sink was upgraded to a classic
looking pedestal.

The peeling wallpaper was removed
and replaced with wainscot. The rest
of the walls were repaired and
repainted. This gave the space a
